The owner, an avid foodie, started learning how to cook at just 16 years old, and after much learning, he opened this stall with his wife. Being in the food business for over 30 years, he is very particular about making sure that his dishes suit the tastebuds of the everyday Singaporean. A stall loved by many fiercely-loyal patrons! When we asked him what does he keep in mind, he told us that he makes sure to cater to his customers. For example, for curry, he controls the spiciness level and thickness of the gravy according what the customer wants, just to make sure that his customers smile. Highly recommended dishes are Fish Head Curry, Hor Fun, Fried Rice and Sambal Kang Kong. You will be back for the chef's love for food and their hospitality <3

The three of us friends had to order the chef's recommendation, Curry Fish Head! The portion is just right for 3 people. Although the coconut milk is creamy, the umami flavour of the curry powers through, making it the perfect complement with rice! The fish meat was easy to scrape out, no fishy smell! Comes with tau pok (fried beancurd), brinjal, okra, long beans, and much more vegetables. Just the right amount of spice that you'll find it impossible to stop eating this Curry Fish Head! Will definitely visit again!! :)
