Winning the Michelin Bib Gourmand 2019 and an earlier appearance on Channel U (a television programme), expect to join a snaking queue with a 30 minute wait (my experience), as fans line up for the freshly cooked kway teow.
Signature
Ordered was a small portion of fried kway teow for $3. Served piping hot - ingredients included were wok-fried fish cake, bean sprouts, cockles, veggies, and a mixture of yellow noodles with fresh flat noodles. Honestly, I do not see the buzz for queuing up to 30 minutes for the dish - tasty, however it could of been more flavourful and special. It is easily comparable to your local kopitiam fried kway teow.
