Try Fresh XO Seafood has its roots in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with more than 5 existing stores.
The soup is made with XO sauce, which is reminiscent of Malaysia and mum's home-cooked food. The noodles are called "Crystal Bee Hoon" which has a relatively rough texture compared to the regular Bee Hoon. For seafood, it includes fresh prawns, cockles and more. The chilli is made of the store's original, handmade sambal belacan (shrimp paste). The store owner, Mr. Ang, hopes to open another store in Singapore.

The rich seafood broth, uniquely paired with this chewy Bee Hoon was sooo delicious! The freshness of the seafood took this Bee Hoon to a whole new level! The handmade Sambal Chilli Sauce had a punch of prawn flavour and had a strong spiciness to it. I mixed the sambal chilli with the noodles to change up the flavour. Will definitely come here for authentic Malaysian cuisine!
