Located in Alexandria Village Food Centre, this Hong Kong Soup has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand twice in 2018 and 2019! The stall owner emigrated from Hong Kong in 2014, and with the hopes of "serving soup with high nutritional value", the stall owner crafted all their soups from scratch, and delivering exactly what they have strived for.
Total of 6 soups to choose from. Best-sellers include the Spareribs Soup with Lotus Root, Winter Melon and Mushrooms. Comes with nutritious Chinese red dates inside! Add $0.50 for white rice! The perfect hawker stall that will satisfy the health-conscious connoisseurs you know!

I tried the Spareribs Soup with Lotus Root and the Brazil Mushroom Soup with Chicken! Both soups were light and easy to drink, herbal taste was not too strong. Chinese red dates in the soup, healthy!
The Brazil Mushroom Soup with Chicken is known for giving supple, smooth skin, and it came with white fungus.
Both were delicious, but I am hooked on the refreshing spareribs soup! The soft pork can be pulled away from the bone effortlessly, easy to eat!
