Run by a hardworking man, he was making appreciative efforts to make just 1 fresh omelette for us. You can count that each omelette is made one by one as a new order comes in.

I was impressed to know that this shop makes its omelettes one at a time - and not in big batches then cut it up like how many other omelette shops do. Based on visuals; the omelette was very fluffy and had a gorgeous caramelised crust to it, with cooked spring onions. Inside it was airy and creamy, which was delicious. The oyster morsels were plump and completed the perfect dish - with each bite tasting like the fresh ocean. It was only $5 for a generous portion of a freshly made oyster omelette. Highly recommended!
