A cult favourite- Keisuke Tonkotsu King has a handful of locations around Singapore. The Tanjong Pagar outlet is always spotted with a snaking queue and can only seat about 20 at a time. They specialise in Tonkotsu Ramen; which is a broth marinated in pork bone marrow and fat for several hours till it is milky white and thick.

Signature

Tonkotsu Ramen

Free flow of pickled bean sprout and boiled egg

One of the best ramen shops I know around Singapore. Keisuke Tonkotsu King has one of the best broths I've ever tasted. The broth is thick, fatty, milky, wholesome, and the perfect amount of salty. The noodles were tasteful and the chashu is more on the meatier side (no melt in your mouth factor). What elevates this restaurant is the complimentary free-flow of hard boiled eggs, so you can dip however many eggs you want into the savoury broth till your hearts' content. The ramen is also customisable - to the preference of your noodle texture, the saltiness of your broth, and if you'd like the original, spicy, or black spicy Tonkotsu ramen. Highly recommended.
