This young chef (as pictured preparing the steak) started SCAPEGOAT at the age of just 23 years old (as of 2023)! Admittedly a master at his craft, for he has experience working at a Michelin-star restaurant under his belt. You will remember SCAPEGOAT for the camaraderie among their staff of the same age group, who were working with all smiles. After finishing his National Service (NS), he is pursuing his Biomedical Engineering degree at the same time. To be raved this much by word of mouth in just less than 1 year since its inception, the stall has so much potential to be even more famous.
Their main dish is steak! Wait till you taste it, $32 is a steal for this premium quality! Juicy, perfectly sizzled, with a hint of acidity. Do give their Cheeseburger (SGD$15) a try too! The meat juice was oozing out, and the meat with cheese was a match made in heaven. Not forgetting to mention their cheese steak!

Business opens from 5.30PM onwards! Closes at 9PM. Not only is the chef so good at his craft, he is also so talented in many other areas too! I am so excited for what the future holds for him! Will definitely come back for more!
