In 2011, this stall opened in Redhill Food Centre, serving noodles, rice, soup and many more. It is run by a mother-daughter duo. The mother had a passion for cooking, and she opened this stall to spread her love for cooking to as many people as possible. Her daughter was previously a nail artist and worked in the beauty industry, but decided to quit and help her mother with the business. They wake up at 5a.m. every morning and immediately start preparing the soup and ingredients to open the stall at 9a.m. They take extra care in preparing their soup, spending as long as 2 hours to make it thick and creamy. Overwhelming popularity with long queues all afternoon and evening long. Their popular menu items are Ban Mian, Fried Fish Soup and Fried Dumpling. Ban Mian is their most popular dish, cheap and delicious!

Signature

Ban Mian/ U Mian/ Mee Hoon Kuay, Fried Fish Soup/ Bee Hoon, Tom Yam Seafood Soup/ Bee Hoon, Xing Hua Lor Mee/ Bee Hoon

I went to the hawker centre for dinner. The long queue made me convinced that their food is delicious and went with their most popular Ban Mian for $3.50. The soup is made with a strong fish broth, making it thick and creamy. I was surprised because I was used to Ban Mian soups of a more watery consistency. Contained vegetables, minced meat, egg, and ikan bilis. The minced meat was thoroughly marinated with a strong peppery taste. Choose from 3 types of chilli, the red chilli, green chilli (marinated in vinegar) and special chilli. The Special Chilli was sweet and sour, strong garlic and spice! Mixed it with the soup and it elevated the taste. Excellent Ban Mian!
