Jin Kimchi is a Korean-run business. They started out online during the Covid-19 pandemic and back then, they were just selling fresh homemade kimchi.
Later in 2022, they expanded to open their flagship stall, Jin Kimchi at Fernvale, which sells more than just kimchi-- they sell authentic cooked Korean fare too!
Apart from cooked food, they also sell raw meats at their very own butcher, which you can bring home and use for your own Korean BBQ.
And if you want to have it fresh, you can rent one of their stoves and enjoy the food in the hawker centre itself.

While Korean food has become pretty popular in Singapore, seeing it sold in a hawker setting is not as common. So, I was pretty excited when I chanced upon their stall.
I ordered the Kimchi Pancake and Galbi Pork Belly Meat Set. The Kimchi pancake was very well done and was crispy with a good bite. There was also a pretty substantial amount of kimchi in it!
I also loved the galbi pork. The meat was well-marinated and was not too tough. After trying their meat for myself, I am tempted to buy some of their frozen meats to try!
