The owner loves Japan, and he used to run an F&B business in Shizuoka for 3 years. After that, he returned to China to open his Shizuoka-style dried fish and Ramen shop. In around 2008, he came to Singapore to work at Ramen Champion and other Japanese cuisine stalls. After building his expertise over the years, he opened this stall together with his wife. This stall is located in the heartlands, so their Pork Katsu Don, Katsu-Curry Rice, and Katsu sets are super popular. Other popular dishes include Tendon, Sukiyaki Don, Shoyu Ramen and Miso Ramen. Their Japanese customers also tend to order their curry, ramen, and snacks. He ensures that he seasons his dishes to suit both his local and Japanese customers' tastebuds, and he is passionate about making sure that his customers can enjoy a wide variety of Japanese dishes at affordable prices.

I've been craving for Japanese cuisine for a while now, so I came here with my family. We shared the recommended Katsu-Curry, Cold Tofu, Fried Ebi and Takoyaki. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious and high-quality the dishes were, especially the Katsu-Curry! Such a generous portion with a creamy, delicious roux, and the fried katsu pork was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside... I had always wished for delicious Takoyaki in Singapore, little did I know that I would find the equivalent of that in a hawker stall?! It was even crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and it took me to Japan. All of us were so satisfied :)
