Hui Min Herbal has been at Chinatown Complex Food Centre for four decades.

The stall is run by Lee Fook Choi, who has been brewing soothing cups of herbal tea for years.

While they sell traditional drinks, they have gone digital to keep up with the times and were interviewed by the news for it.

They sell cooling herbal tea and luo han guo chrysanthemum tea which is brewed fresh daily.

I don't normally get Chinese herbal tea because it can be quite bitter but these are good for your health.

So, I decided to get a cup of cooling herbal tea the other day as I was feeling quite heaty.

The tea is brewed fresh and was handed to me in a small styrofoam cup to keep it warm.

The drink, as expected, was bitter, but I felt much better and refreshed after drinking it.

Whether it does have any health properties, I'm not sure. But you do feel good after drinking it.
