There's something about Munchi's min jiang kueh that gets people going back for more. One piece may really not be enough for this small little snacks are filling, savoury, sweet and overall always a positive review and feeling after purchasing from Munchi Pancakes.

It is also evident because there are various outlets across Singapore and often spotted with a queue.

There are various options peanuts, coconut, sesame or interesting flavours like Lotus biscuits, this is really one of the local shops across many hawker that offers these sweet treats.

There are also affordable, and because it's just flour tapioca and the flavourings, it's all essentially vegetarian. The only downside is that because it's sold out rather quickly, you may need to queue and wait for yours to be made.

Signature

Belgian Chocolate Munchi, Biscoff Min Jiang Kueh, Coconut Min Jiang Kueh, Peanut Min Jiang Kueh, Premium Mini Munchi Box

As someone who likes her pancakes, and familiar with what Munchi panckes can produce, I'll always go for the classic peanuts - peanut butter to be exact because the creamy overflowing peanut butter is definitely essential.

As well as the lotus biscuit. It's a bit sweeter but their liquid consistency 'sauce' in it is absolutely worth the calories.

The base pancake itself has a mildly sweet and slightly nutty flavour and munchi remains one of the softest and chewiest pancake that I've eaten. Their generous filling is also what makes it so nice.

Yes, it's sweet, it's rather unhealthy, but the combination of the crispiness with a soft, airy interior makes this a satisfying treat that offers a comforting blend of flavours and textures.
