All soya bean fans should check out Mac Soya if they have a chance.
Located at 79A Circuit Road, the stall sells a plethora of soya bean products that will leave you spoilt for choice.
Drink-wise, there are classic cups of soya bean milk and even flavoured soya bean milk such as the Almond Soya Milk and Mocha Soya Milk. There's also dessert like Longan Beancurd, Pearl Beancurd a Gingko Beancurd.
Apart from soya bean products, they also have grass jelly products like Longan Grass Jelly and Atap Seed Grass Jelly.
I adore soya bean so I was excited to try what Mac Soya has to offer. I got myself a cup of their Pearl Soya Milk as well as the Ice Blended Soya Milk.
The Pearl Soya Milk was like drinking a bubble tea, but soya bean version. This was delicious and the pearls added an addictive bite to the drink. It was also pretty filling!
The ice blended soya milk was extremely refreshing and perfect for cooling me down in the sweltering Singapore weather. The drink also stays cold for pretty long as the ice is blended and melts slower — really enjoyable! Will be back next time to try their other beancurd products.
