Opened for around 40 years, this Bak Kut Teh stall is famous for, of course, its Bak Kut Teh and Pig's Trotters. The queue starts right in front of the shutter 30 minutes before the stall opens. Some have travelled all the way, while others are loyal customers. The owner starts preparing the meat as early as 4.30AM in the wee hours of the morning to create this juicy, melt-in-the-mouth texture. The owner is flexible to requests from their customers, ranging from tougher to softer meat. You can feel their passion to serve, striving to make their customers smile. A stall filled with love♪

I had to come to this gem for lunch. To avoid the lunch hour crowd, I arrived 1 hour before closing. Unfortunately, I couldn't get my hands on their Pig's Trotters, but I managed to try their Bak Kut Teh! I could taste the strong presence of garlic and meat from the broth of the soup, just the right amount of salt and pepper! The meat was so tender and juicy, melted in my mouth... Paired fantastically with rice, and the sauce on the rice... Just chef's kiss! Satisfied beyond words...
