A relatively new stall clocking 2 years since it opened here at Ang Mo Kio Ave 10. The towkay neo, Ms. Kim, used to run a cut fruits stall with her uncle. However, she was inspired by the desserts she ate on her travels in Taiwan.Hence, when her uncle retired, she took over the stall, revamped the menu to cater mainly authentic Taiwanese desserts to spread her love for them to Singaporeans. Almost all the items on the menu are conceptualised by Ms. Kim herself. She recommends #101 Signature 3 Aiyu Combo, #111 Taiwan style Beancurd and the #173 Grass Jelly Special.
#101 has 3 types of jellies in it. The clear jelly is Ms. Kim's original recipe, the yellow one being Chrysanthemum flavour and the blue jelly being Orchid flavour. #111 is a dessert combining Tau Huay (beancurd) with Taiwanese-style toppings. Check out the stall's very own logo, which is Ms. Kim herself!

Signature

"Signature" 3 Aiyu Combo, 3J Milk Tea, 3J Soya Milk, Grass Jelly Special, Milk Tea w Pearls, QQ Passionfruit Tea, Taiwan Style Beancurd, Yakult Milk Tea

I was drawn to this stall by the signboard and the variety of desserts available! I went with the #101 Signature 3 Combo for $3.80 and the #839 Passionfruit Tea for $3. I love how there were so many colourful toppings, and I couldn't wait to try it!! I thought the red balls were tapioca balls, but they popped in my mouth with a sweet and sour taste! The yellow and white sweets turned out to be sweet potato balls with a mochi-like texture, not too sweet! <3 All 3 types of jellies had their own distinct flavour! The Passionfruit tea even had pop balls in them too, I found the sweet and sour taste refreshing and delicious.
