Opened in 1999, this stall located at Bukit Merah View Hawker Centre is run by two brothers. 3 hours before they open their stall at 5.45PM, they reach the stall to start preparing. They take pride in their chilli sauces, making their Sambal Chilli, Cincalok Chilli Sauce all from scratch! Their Sambal Chilli has a strong prawn taste and is not too sweet, while their Cincalok has lime in it, which is rare in typical Cincalok recipes. Their seafood is ordered fresh every morning and prepared in-house. They highly recommend their Stingray, Lala, Squid to go with beer, or with rice! They have seasoned their dishes to pair amazingly with rice, so don't be surprised if you need another bowl of rice!

I was drawn to this stall by how the fish was so delicately lined up. After I asked the staff which item of the 7 on the menu would they recommend, I decided to order the stingray. The smell of the Sambal Chilli made my stomach growl... When the stingray arrived, I was satisfied with how thick the meat was! Tender and juicy, with a thick layer of sambal chilli <3 The Cincalok was sour and spicy, giving a refreshing change of taste when added to the stingray! Will definitely come again!! :)
