Located in Bukit Merah View Market & Hawker Centre, this mutton soup stall operates for just 2.5 hours daily! Brandishing its 30 years of experience, not forgetting to mention their Michelin Bib Gourmand award...
Prepared in Teochew style with herbs and pepper. Mutton (lamb meat) is simmered in the broth every morning for 2.5 to 3 hours long, of which you can choose your desired portion of choice; prime ribs, stomach, tendon, etc. Soup is topped off with coriander. Order with rice! Go as early as possible to avoid disappointment (and don't underestimate the queue...)

11.30am near lunch time, and there was already 20 people queueing... Thank goodness I got my hands on the Mutton Prime Rib soup 30 minutes later.
The umami flavour oozed out from the mutton into the thick broth!! Herbal soup with a unique mutton taste and a strong accent of coriander! Mutton was cut into chewable chunks, incredibly soft, with no particular smell at all.
Goes perfectly with rice, addicting flavour! Highly recommend to all mutton lovers!
By 12.40pm, the owner hollered saying that they've run out of stock for the day. Sold out within less than 2 hours?! Go the moment they open if you even want a shot at all.
