Tong Fong Fatt Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice has been around for decades and is one of the more famous chicken rice stalls in Singapore.
Fun fact: Before they sold chicken rice, they actually sold sugarcane juice back at Chong Pang Village. Eventually, the founder's son, Augustine Koh, took over the business and partnered with his brother-in-law to sell chicken rice at ABC Brickworks Food Centre in the mid-nineties.
Today, they have multiple outlets islandwide and are a household name.
What makes their chicken rice special is the sauce, which is made with a secret recipe containing 12 special ingredients.

I've had Tong Fong Fatt Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice several times as it is pretty conveniently located in several hawker centres in Singapore.
When I visited this outlet, there was not much of a queue and I got my food fast. The food was of good quality and similar to the chicken rice that I've tried at their other outlets.
The sliced chicken was tender and the rice was fragrant and not too greasy.
I also like how they provide garlic sauce on the side, something that not many chicken rice stalls in Singapore do.
