Opened in October 2019 by Don herself, she makes sure that all her ingredients are not only fresh, but never compromising its taste for a cheaper price tag. Seafood and meat lovers will be delighted to know that the stall also offers crayfish options, along with pork ribs and pig tail add-ons. The soup is boiled and simmered for long hours with fried prawn heads and tails, with anchovies and carrots added in to ensure its richness and sweetness.
Don is very friendly, often checking in with her customers on their feedback, as well as chatting with them like your friendly neighbour. She recently hosted a special gathering for her regular customers to celebrate the stall’s first anniversary.

I call myself a prawn noodles lover, having had my fair share of good and not-so-good prawn noodles - dry or soup. I ordered Don’s speciality: pork rib prawn noodles and it definitely did not disappoint.
What stood out for me is of course the tasty soup. I absolutely loved the sweetness and intense flavour of it. The chilli used in the dry noodles is rather unique as it is made using her homemade hae bee hiam (dried shrimps spicy sambal), sesame oil and other spices mixed together.
Prawn noodles may not be new in the market, but it Don Don Prawn Noodles manages to carve its own unique taste.
