Chai Ho Satay & Dried Pork's popularity is undeniable.
Located in Clementi 448 Market & Food Centre, they sell Pork and Chicken satays, with a minimum order of 10 sticks.
Dip it in peanut sauce for a rich flavour. Comes with slices of cucumber. Order a Ketupat (glutinous rice wrapped in banana leaves) to go with your satay!
For takeaway, you can order raw satay sticks to cook at home, Dried Pork and Pork Floss.
Do come early as it is always crowded. A must-visit for all satay lovers!
At 5.30pm, I was shocked when there were 25 people queueing in front of me. I ordered 5 pork and chicken satays each to total to 10 sticks. Not to forget the Ketupat!
Hot, piping Satay served fresh off the grill! Both satays were slightly charred and fragrant, soft and juicy meat!
It was sweet and delicious on its own, but the warm peanut sauce made it even better!
The ketupat was plain, so do add some peanut sauce to the rice!
Ate each stick non-stop... Stick lickin' good.
