Song Fish Soup is located in Clementi 448 Market & Food Centre. This stall boasts its never-ending list of achievements, which is as long as its queues.
Look forward to its menu, including Fish Head, Sliced Fish, Fried Fish, Seafood dishes with prawn and clams, Fish Maw, Red Grouper, and more!
Their Yuan Yang Bee Hoon offers both sliced fish and fried fish.
Other than Red Grouper, they use Dolly Fish. Choose to add bee hoon to your soup, or add $0.50 for rice.
10 out of 10 for its nutrition value, for its bitter gourd and Chinese cabbage, topped with scallions and fried onions.
Comes with two sauces; one with chilli padi mixed with light soya sauce, and soybean paste chilli.

Signature

3 In 1 Bee Hoon

True to the rumours, 10 people were lined up when I went at 7.30pm.
The Yuan Yang Bee Hoon came with both fried and sliced fish and Tau Kee (tofu skin). The savoury soup has milk in it. The 3 in 1 Bee Hoon had fried and sliced fish, as well as 2 tails of prawns, but clear soup.
The batter of fried fish was of just the right thickness! Fish went very well with the chilli padi and light soya sauce condiment. Lightly-seasoned, refreshing soup. I personally preferred the soup with milk for its creamy taste.
Both dishes were filled with bitter gourd and Chinese cabbage, and the green and fried onion was the cherry on top. Perfect for those days when you want to enjoy food guilt-free!
