Located in Clementi 448 Market & Food Centre, Kee Hock specialises in Hor Fun and Mui Fan.
Hor Fun is fragrant, flat rice noodles fried in a wok, whereas Mui Fan is rice covered in gravy.
Choose your ideal ingredients; beef, fish slices or seafood (shrimp and fish). Cooked with Wat Tan (smooth egg) gravy.
The gravy is thicker for the beef, whereas the fish and seafood Hor Fun and Mui Fan have a thinner gravy. They will ask whether you would like green chilli.
Other menu items include Pork Ribs Rice, Ginger & Spring Onion Sliced Fish Rice, Ginger & Spring Onion Beef Rice, etc.

The Beef Hor Fun had a thicker gravy than the Seafood one, and the beef was so tender! Lots of green vegetables too!
The flat rice noodles were 2cm thick, very chewy! Fragrant charred noodles were so delicious!!
The Seafood Mui Fan had shrimp and sliced fish, squid and green vegetables. The gravy was relatively lighter in colour with a mellow taste, goes perfectly with the rice. The slightly sour green chilli was a great accent to the dish!
