With over 20 years of experience, the owners of this stall moved to East Coast Lagoon food centre back in 2013 to make their bestselling dish - curry fish head.
This was a delicious creamy red curry with a whole stewed fish, not your typical Chinese fish curry; this one had more of a spice and savoury to it instead of sweetness. The meat was of abundance and tender-soft. And is a generous and delicious dish to get at a hawker centre.
