One of the most popular Mala stalls; it has 2 stalls in the same food centre just to keep up with high demand.
We ordered a mala bowl fit for 2 people - at $12. The portions come pretty big. The customer picks out their fresh, uncooked ingredients for the cook to mix into a pot consisting of a myriad of mala spices. What came was some tasty noodles, tofu, broccoli, potato slices, seaweed, beef slices, lotus root... and the list goes on! Being a first time mala taster - I was quite impressed on how tasty it was with the variety of ingredients, all which were not too spicy.
