The stall has been at Old Airport Hawker Centre for a few years already and if you're craving for roast meats, they have it.
The elderly chef works his magic in the kitchen as fresh roasted meats like duck and pork are neatly displayed in the glass case at the front of the stall.
They have all kinds of roast meat rice meals that you could want — Roasted Duck Rice, Char Siew Roasted Duck Rice and Roasted Meat Rice.
Don't want the rice or are feeding more people? You can always order a whole piece of Roasted Duck, Char Siew or Roast Meat at an affordable price!
I almost missed this stall because it was so hidden in the middle of Old Airport Food Centre. Despite it not being as famous as some of the other hawker stalls in the market, it had a steady stream of customers and there were even some regulars.
I ordered myself a plate of their Char Siew Roasted Duck Rice ($5.50). The portion size was decent.
The rice was pretty fluffy and was doused in the sweet and savoury braising gravy. I was given a leaner cut of char siew so it wasn't as melt-in-your mouth as I had anticipated it to be but nonetheless, it was still good.
The duck, on the other hand, had a good amount of fat on skin on it so it was much more tender.
