This Halal Food stall opened 45 years ago, specialising in Ayam (Chicken in Bahasa Melayu). Mr. Muhammad's parents' ran this stall back in the day. His parents named this stall after their son and his father (Haji Palari). Mr. Muhammad volunteered to help his parents at just 11 years old, learning how to cook for the first time. He was juggling his studies and running this stall throughout his youth. Unfortunately, his father passed away, and he stepped up to take over the stall. They are known for their homemade, authentic Malay cuisine flavours. Cooking at high heat, their vegetables are kept crunchy. Their popular menu items are Nasi Ayam, Nasi Pattaya and Mee Goreng Seafood!

There were so many options at the food centre for dinner, but when I saw that every table was lined with Mee Goreng dishes, I asked the customers where they bought them and it led me here! Oh, the aroma wafting though the air did not help, I was starving XD There was more noodles than I expected, a corner of the noodles covered with chilli and half a lime. Without adding any other condiments, the noodles were so chewy, seasoned perfectly <3 The vegetables and crabmeat were thinly sliced, making it easy to eat, with shrimps and eggs too. The eggs coated the noodles, perfect match! It was not jelak at all, I added the lime for a refreshing taste, and chilli for that really spicy kick.
