Opened in 1999, an economic downturn led the husband, an ex-contractor, to open this BBQ Chicken Wing stall, which he had experience in. His wife also decided to transition from being a stay-at-home mum to running this stall with him. His recipes are his wife's original recipes, and he spent time to research on the optimal temperature and cooking methods to achieve these chicken wings, crispy on the outside, with juicy and tender meat on the inside.
Many of their customers dabao (takeaway in Chinese) 10 Chicken wings all at one go, and they are really popular to go with a can of beer! If you order during peak hours, you can get them freshly barbecued! Best to go after 7pm!!

Me and 3 of my friends ordered the 5 Chicken Wings (1 for $1.50) and 5 Otak (1 for $0.80) to go with our dinner. They brought it all the way to our table. We ordered at around 6pm, but there were so many people waiting for their orders!! The scent of the chicken wings and otak wafted in the air, making all of us really hungry. When I bit into the juicy chicken meat, I could hear the crunch from the crispy skin. Charred just right <3 Otak is minced fish wrapped in banana leaves, and this stall's version has a distinct pinch of spiciness with a hint of sweetness!!
