Bee Hoon was not too oily, fragrant and flavourful〜 I got to enjoy the chicken wings fresh out of the fryer! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside!
I'm used to soggy stir-fried tau-gey from other hawker stalls, but this one was crunchy, huge thumbs up for me! Perfect for lunch, also managed to have some vegetable intake!
