You'll be stunned by the long queues at this Redhill Food Centre stall!
Starts packing up by around 12.30pm the moment they've finished stock. Do go earlier in the morning to avoid disappointment!
Very friendly stall owner who can speak a little bit of Japanese as he has worked in a restaurant in Japan before.
Choose between the dry type or the soup type of prawn noodle. Soup type highly recommended.
Choose from 3 types of noodle; Bee Hoon, Yellow noodle or Kway Teow (flat, thick white noodles). You can also mix multiple types of noodles in one bowl.
Enjoy both prawns and pork ribs that comes with the noodles!
Queued for as long as 20 minutes?! Ordered the owner's recommendation, $5 Pork Rib Prawn Soup Noodles (bee hoon and yellow noodle mix).
Came with 2 tails of prawn and 2 pork ribs. Has shallots in it, memorable for its strong, rich prawn flavour of the thick broth!
Highly recommended for breakfast or brunch as it's so popular that it's sold out by lunch time!
