Previously run as a family business, their son Mr. Keith is now the owner of this stall. Mr. Keith always harboured the thought of serving healthier choice fish soups for the longest time, hence he decided to replace the pork-based soups with fish soups after taking over the business. Although he joined the F&B business at the age of 16, he used to work at an aquarium, managing the conditions of the tank and researching about fishes. After dedicating much time to study about fishes, he found a method to remove the fishy smell without using any chemicals. Utilising this method, he also subsequently marinates the fish to serve even more delicious fish. Do come by to enjoy this savoury fish soup!

Signature

Fried Fish Bee Hoon Soup, Fried Fish Head Soup, Mxied Fish Soup

I ordered Fish Head Soup for $5.50 as its really rare to find fish soup that uses fish head, and the Fried Fish Bee Hoon Soup for $6. The salt in the soup brings out both the fish and vegetable broth. Especially for the Fish Head soup, the fried fish head brought out a rich broth that was impeccable! No fishy smell at all, thoroughly marinated and easy to eat. The Fried Fish Bee Hoon Soup had tofu skin and eggs deep-fried together, which made the soup have a deep, rich taste. The soya sauce for the chilli was on the thicker side and complimented the soup very well, so do add it to your soup to enhance the flavour!!
