This insanely popular Soya Bean Milk stall in Tiong Bahru Food Centre prides itself with its long queues early in the morning!
Choose from 4 items in their menu; Tau Huay Chui (Soya Bean Milk), Tau Huay (Soya Beancurd), Grass Jelly Drink and Grass Jelly. Choose between small or large portion sizes. You will be asked whether you want it to be sweet, and they will add syrup when requested. Tau Huay Chui is the most commonly ordered item! The perfect drink to pair with hawker food!
Go early to avoid disappointment!
I reached at 7.30AM for breakfast, only to find 20 people already in the queue O.o The queue, however, moved really fast!
I ordered Tau Huay Chui and Tau Huay!
The Large Tau Huay Chui was only $1! I asked them to add the syrup, but when I sipped the Tau Huay Chui layer on top without stirring, it was so easy to drink, so no need to add syrup!
The Tau Huay was hot to touch! Smooth texture and just the right amount of sweetness. The Tau Huay made my day on this rainy morning :)
