Mr. Dion's father opened 58 Minced Meat Noodle in 1973. It is also the year that Mr. Dion was born, hence this stall is filled with memories for him. He took over his father's business in 2004, and is all smiles while running it with his wife.
He stays true to the secret recipe and cooking methods he learnt from his father, retaining many loyal fans who have been supporting for years. You can choose from 5 types of noodles; Mee Pok, Mee Kia, Kway Teow, Yellow Mee, and Bee Hoon. The most popular choice is the Mee Pok Dry. Mr. Dion's family is very particular about their liver, maintaining its freshness with their secret cooking methods to deliver liver that is palatable.
I felt their strong bond as a family, and the love from their customers.

I came here for breakfast with my dad, and we ordered the Mee Kia Soup for $4 and the Mee Pok Dry for $4. The soup was refreshing to taste, and I could taste the minced meat and mushroom umami flavours in the soup. The Dry version was quite spicy even though we didn't ask for additional chilli. So for those who can't handle spice well, do ask for no chilli. I'm not a fan of liver, but I actually enjoyed it because it's cooked medium-well! Will come again without a doubt!! This Bak Chor Mee was ranked as one of the top in my list! <3
