Fresh Taste dishes out delicious prawn mee - otherwise known as hae mee in Hokkien.

Every detail of the dish portrayed a standard of quality and taste - from the chewy yellow noodles that provided a textured bite coated in a thick grainy chilli sauce, topped with fried shallots. The star of the show was definitely the prawn broth; which was densely concentrated with the sweet taste of fresh prawns - I wish I could have more and more of it. The prawns were split in half for easy eating and were tenderly large. Delicious!
