Winning the award for Singapore Best Foods 2018, this chain outlet originally popularised in Kuala Lumpur has now opened its first location in the heart of Singapore’s CBD.

The dish came with chewy and thick noodles, it was a very big portion for 1 person, considering it was $7.80. A sunny side up egg came with small fried fish, ground pork meat, and customisable red chili paste to your liking on the side. Once the dish was thoroughly mixed, it formed a thick dry coating of red sauce that clinger to the noodles. If you choose to have it very spicy or mild - either way it is a very satisfying dish that also comes with clear broth infused with boiled down mani leaves. A side dish of theirs is the fried wantons - which was filled with pork and water chestnut, the batter was melt-in-your-mouth crisp and thin. It was not too hard (Unlike other places where the fried batter tends to hurt your mouth when chewed).
