Located at Marina Bay Sands is Zhen Neng Zhu La Mian, a stall that has been at the food court for a few years and specialises in soups and noodles.
On the menu are dishes like fish and seafood soup, and you can add on rice to make it a more filling meal.
Not feeling rice or soup? Diners can get noodle dishes. These come in soup or dry form. For instance, there is fish noodle soup. There is also dry noodles with cutlet.
As a centrepiece for sharing, you can also order fried or steamed dumplings!
Was feeling something healthy and was at the Marina Bay Sands area, so I was pleased to find that there was a stall selling comforting bowls of fish soup and noodles.
I was pretty surprised to see that this stall was still open despite it being very late (I had visited the food court around 10pm). There was even a short queue! But I managed to get my food quite fast.
The portion size could admittedly have been better for the price point but the fish was very good so I couldn't complain. Fried fish had a good crunch despite it being submerged in soup and the fish slices were fresh.
