A eatery running for about 15 years, this popular nasi lemak place is known by locals and expats alike; with a queue starting to form right before the shop opens for the evening.
The restaurant is pretty straightforward: it is a self-service establishment, with your meal customisable based on the side dishes you chose to get with it. On my plate was a big piece of otak-otak, which had a subtly spicy aftertaste, an oozing sunny side up egg, sweet ikan bilis, a crispy chicken wing, and what was a given (cucumber slices, and sweet sambal), which came up to $6. I did enjoy the coconut rice - which had a chewy, almost dessert-like sweet taste to it (like the sticky rice used in kueh's). Overall I could say my experience at this place was satisfactory and filling.
