Ming Chung is an authentic Chinese restaurant with a minority dialect called Henghua, and served it least common variation of lor mee - which is a white broth version instead.

The white broth version of this lor mee was surprising and unique, and came as a generous portion for a small. Served in a piping hot broth was super soft white noodles, a gelatinous broth, fatty bits of pork, clams in their shells, crunchy green veggies, and triangular bits of a starchy root. If you prefer a more subtle and seafood-tasting lor mee, this is the way to go!
