With the background knowledge of working in a bakery shop to running this curry puff stall for 12 years; this husband and wife duo fry up some tasty treats.

The Potato curry puff was mildly spicy, with soft potato cubes for the filling. The Sardine puff was slightly spicier and a bit sweet - the filling was generous and included caramelised onions. The Black Pepper Chicken puff was the spiciest out of the 3, which contained a sweet black sauce and whole chopped red chillies. All the puffs were made out of a flaky and slightly buttery dough. Good for a lunch time snack.
