Warung Parsanga is an Authentic Indonesian cuisine stall at Amoy Street Food Centre.
Made from the heart using secret recipes passed down for generations. Point at the showcase to the side-dishes of your choice. Menu consists of chicken and fish dishes simmered in sauce, fried chicken, fried fish, stir-fried vegetables, tofu and potato dishes. The most recommended dishes are Semur Ayam (Indonesian Chicken Stew) and Gulai Ayam (chicken simmered in Malaysian Curry Sauce). Served on one plate, with the dishes of your choice and Nasi Putih (white rice). Prices differ from dish to dish, so do check with them about the prices!

I went during lunch time, and the lady at the stall was very nice :)
I ordered the Semur Ayam, brinjal, green leafy stir-fried vegetables, a mini hash-brown and rice covered in vegetable curry! She asked me if I'd like chilli on the side of my plate.
The Semur Ayam was simmered in black sauce, making the dish so flavourful with a hint of sweetness!
The brinjal was stewed in spicy sauce, and all the dishes were delicious.
A solid recommendation for busy patrons who are looking to maintain their daily vegetable intake in one meal!
Most importantly, I was touched by how kind and approachable the staff were!
