Serving simple and healthy soups using the freshest of vegetables, Towkay Mr. Anthony learnt these recipes from his wife. When he was an engineer, these were the soups his wife always prepared from him without fail after he came home from a long day at work. He started this business to share his favourite soups beyond his wife's kitchen.
He recommended the Bittergourd Sliced Pork with Egg Soup. As bittergourd is the main ingredient of this soup, he prepares it such that the bittergourd is not too bitter and easy to eat. This is his most healthy and most popular dish! Mr. Anthony is now running a total of 4 outlets, and he aspires to expand his business even more.

I wanted something healthy and refreshing for lunch, and I stumbled upon this stall. Out of the many options, I went with No. 10 Vegetables Trio Meat Soup as I wanted to cover my vegetable intake! Super generous amounts of bittergourd, white cabbage, broccoli , black fungus, shimeji mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and sliced pork! Very fresh, and I was surprised by how easy it was to eat the usually bitter bittergourd. The broth of the vegetables reminded me of home. <3
