Located at People’s Park Complex Food Centre, do expect Yong Xing Yong Tau Foo to have 30 people queueing up even before it opens!
Fear not because once it opens, it will be your turn before you know it.
You can only order one type of Yong Tau Foo, so do tell the tao-kay how many bowls you would like.
Do remember to tell your table number as they will bring your order straight to your table.
Yong Tau Foo does not come with noodles or rice, instead it has fishball, tau pok (fried tofu puff), fried tofu, silken tofu, and meatballs stuffed with tofu paste.
The only vegetable ingredient is Chinese leek. Served with chili sauce mixed with a sweet dipping sauce on a separate dish.
Operates for 3 hours only, from 1pm to 4pm. Very efficient service.

You'll be shocked at how long the queue is, making this the most popular hawker stall here at People’s Park Complex Food Centre. This is the first time I've seen a hawker stall with such a long queue! Each ingredient was kneaded seamlessly with the tofu paste, making the dish so delectable! The soup was light, but rich in flavour at the same time, which made me addicted to this particular stall's Yong Tau Foo.
Yong Tau Foo is my most favourite Singapore local food, but this topped the charts for me♪ I highly recommend this when you're craving for a refreshing bite!
