Roasted Pork Rice

I had a late dinner past 8pm here. For first-timers, I recommend the Twin Mix Rice, which comes with Roasted Pork and Char Siu. The crispy skin of the roasted pork with a hint of salt was addicting ♪ There was a layer of sweet sauce over the Char Siu, and just one slice of cucumber.
As for the Soya Sauce Chicken Noodles, I was a little bit concerned as the chicken bone looked reddish, but the meat and the skin was thoroughly roasted through, giving the brown skin as glossy crisp. Goes impeccably with the thin noodles♪ I was relieved that this part of my dinner had lots of green vegetables.
The Pork Ribs Watercress Soup had a generous amount of pork ribs and lots of watercress, giving the soup a subtle taste ♪ Includes red dates that were left to simmer in the soup.
Some parts of the pork rib were tender, while other parts were dry.
I liked the Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle the most♪
