Jin Feng Mei Shi is a unanimous favourite amongst the Japanese community, located at People's Park Food Centre.
You will be spoilt for choice at this Chinese cuisine heaven; Fried Dumplings, Xiao Long Bao, Hor Fun, Fried Rice, and more. Reasonably priced, these dishes are catered towards the Japanese taste. Frozen Dumplings have been raved about, with 30 dumplings priced at $10.
There are three types of filling to choose from; Pork and Chinese leek, Pork and Cabbage, and Pork and Celery.
No worries, they will wrap the dumplings in newspaper to prevent them from melting in Singapore's sweltering heat.
Must-visit for dumpling and Xiao Long Bao lovers. Do pay a visit when you come to Chinatown!

I was so relieved that this stall was still open past peak dinner hours. Highly recommend the frozen dumplings for its relatively thicker skin, which I've purchased multiple times already! This time, I tried the Xiao Long Bao, Siew Mai and Seafood Hor Fun for a change. I loved the soup inside the Xiao Long Bao ♪ Perfect thickness of the skin. I recommend dipping it into the vinegar and adding the ginger slices to your Xiao Long Bao! The Siew Mai was succulent and soft, making it the top highlight of my meal ♡
The Seafood Hor Fun was generously topped with fish, prawns, fishcake, green veggies and hua dan (smooth scrambled eggs). The fried flat noodles made it smell appetising. Tasted more mild than I had expected, but delicious nonetheless ♪ Each dish is reasonably priced at $4 each!
