Located in Redhill Hawker Centre, this stall specialises in Hong Kong-style Bee Hoon! Picked up by Lian He Zao Bao and more, this stall has been running for more than 14 years by a husband-and-wife duo. They have dedicated much time to research to let as many customers try their unique Bee Hoon that is different from the traditional ones in Singapore. Especially for their soups, after preparing the broth, they spend another 4 hours before it is complete. Look out for their Number 1 recommendation, the Fish Head Bee Hoon featured on their stall sign! Do try their Fried Fish Soup, Fried Thick Bee Hoon and more〜 Add some of their chilli padi, green chilli and even their special fried ikan bilis into your soup or over your noodles!

' San Lao' Hor Fun, Fish Head Bee Hoon, Fried Fish Soup/ Bee Hoon, Fried Thick Bee Hoon ( Dry)

Had to come here after my friend recommended me this stall for my next Bee Hoon place to visit. As my friend suggested, I got their Fried Thick Bee Hoon. The aroma was enough to make my stomach growl... Strong fish broth taste with just the right amount of salt, and the fried egg balanced the sauce out. The noodles were thick, chewy and al dente. Includes prawns, sliced fish, pork, tau gey (beansprouts), kang kong and egg. Generous amount of toppings! I added their fried ikan bilis to my noodles... just wow. I have to try their Fish Head Bee Hoon next!!
