Located in Chinatown Complex Food Centre, specialises in Vinegar Pork Trotters!
This Hong Kong-styled delicacy was inspired by the one-and-only Chef Sham, using this black, sweet rice vinegar to create this rich-flavoured, highly-acclaimed dish! These collagen-packed pork trotters is served in a hot claypot.
You can purchase a bottle of the rice vinegar directly from the store for $6.80! You might need to chiong, since the store closes the moment they're sold out...

Chinatown Complex Food Centre was a maze, so I took some time to find this stall. Thankfully, their bright installations caught my attention.
I ordered the Vinegar Pork Trotters and Sesame Oil Chicken! Both were served piping hot. As expected, the pork trotters were rich in flavour, with just the right amount of sweet and sourness! The deep rich flavour of the trotters and the seasoned egg were unforgettable.
The Sesame Oil Chicken tasted lighter than it looked, a soothing taste! Huge chunks of bone-in chicken. The soup was right up my alley! The chicken and shiitake mushrooms absorbed the flavours of the soup, so delicious!
Do try both dishes for their distinct flavour!
