Winning Singapore's Best Foods 2017 - a classic favourite at Chinatown Complex seen with a queue daily. Their signature dish is the Bee hoon with Tau Fu, the dish comes with a variety of homemade yong tau fu.
A bowl of their bee hoon with yong tau fu was of generous portions. The broth was hot and delicately flavoured, fresh white bee hoon noodles and my favourite was the handmade fishballs, fried fish cakes and tofu cake. The fried fish cake slices were especially flavourful and had this unique homemade taste. Topped with crunchy ikan bilis on top and spicy chilli sauce that gives flavour to the bee hoon with each bite.
