Hugely popular Vegetarian Bee Hoon and Noodle stall in Telok Blangah Crescent Block 11 Market And Food Centre. Includes cabbage, green chilli, vegetarian mock meat, tau pok (fried beancurd crisps), etc. Add a spring roll for $1. Choose between thin bee hoon (rice vermicelli noodles) or yellow noodles. There is a little bit of soup below the noodles. Comes with sour green chilli and red chilli paste.

There was a slow-moving queue at 12.30pm! Had the Vegetarian Bee Hoon because the noodles and spring roll were sold out.
Bee Hoon was not tangled and easy to slurp. Light seasoning. Add a tad bit of chilli for a spicy kick!
It was still so crispy even after time had passed! Vegetarian mock meat was chewy. Vegetables were deliciously seasoned. Perfect not just for vegetarians, but also people who want to avoid oily food.
Shop often closes early around past 12.30pm, so do come for breakfast or brunch to avoid disappointment!
