Al-Amin Food Stall sells Roti Prata, Roti John, Murtabak, Thosai and more! Located in Telok Blangah Crescent Block 11 Market And Food Centre.
Huge variety of dishes, so choose your favourite ingredients! For Roti Prata, they offer it in Plain, Onion, Egg, Cheese, Banana, etc.
Upon order, they spread the dough thinly by hand before folding it and frying it with oil. Served with curry!

Ordered the Plain and Cheese Prata, all for just $3!
Right after I ordered, they started making the prata, which I enjoyed watching! The dough was spread so thinly in seconds, then fried swiftly. Was a little shocked at how much oil they used, but the outer layer was so crispy! It was piping hot, and chewy on the inside, delicious!
Comes with curry that was of a smooth consistency. The curry poured into each section are all of the same taste. Goes amazingly well with the prata, even when the prata is already delicious on its own!
