Located in Telok Blangah Crescent Block 11 Market And Food Centre, Xiang Ji Porridge takes their speciality dish seriously.
They offer their Cantonese-style porridge with the following main ingredients; Century Egg and Pork, Pork (minced meatball and sliced pork), Pork and Liver, Minced Pork, Sliced Pork, Sliced Fish, Chicken, Liver, etc. Add raw egg or century egg for $0.50 each.
Finally, they will finish off your porridge with green onion, fried onion and Chai Poh (salted vegetable).
Feel free to add as much pepper and light soy sauce as you'd like.

I ordered the Pork Porridge and the Sliced Fish Porridge. Had to add my favourite raw egg into the mix!
I found myself licking the smooth, creamy porridge off my spoon♪ The fried onion and the Chai Poh toppings really enhanced the flavour. I added pepper, and gradually added some drops of light soy sauce after every bite. Since the Pork Porridge came with minced meatballs and sliced pork, I felt like I got a bang for my buck!
The Sliced Fish Porridge was not fishy at all! I loved the taste, but I think the porridge went better with the pork!
