Jian Bo Shui Kueh Exterior

It was my first time trying this type of kueh - and it took me by surprise! By the appearance and wobbly-ness of the dish - you would not expect the taste of a rice cake (yummy!). we tried out 5 pieces of Shui Kueh for a steal of $2.50. It was topped with a sweet brown radish garnish, and a very spicy sambal on the side which was loved. Definitely a thing to try at least once to experience it.
